Music that caresses the soul .. body movements that stimulate our life forces .. and wonderful opening class discussion – Love your words on the role of creativity in finding our true selves ~ Also, your insight into the role of the edited bible scriptures of religions ~ That is why spiritual guides outside of religions are so vital in opening awareness both within and importantly outside and beyond the scriptures ~
I feel an excitement as the new year is about to unfold before us all ~ I feel the Change is in the winds of time ~ I reflect on the past but, as you remind us – I remain in the “present” moment .. not to miss the spontaneous precious moments such as this ~
