Hola Seva! – tis’ been a long while but…at last i came to join tonight’s divine session…Im so glad i was ablee to stop by and participate in the healing peace and calm ~ AHHHHHH ~ just what i needed!! — i definitely feel a change in the air right now (just took a relaxing shower earlier…and now….a deep relaxing meditation….) 🙂

Just wanted to share, ive been having my very own sprit journey the past week…This last wednesday I had the honor to meet with my acupuncturist’s teacher and sensei, Master Zhang…..(who holds a holy lineage dating all the way to the Ming Dynasty…and a true master of qigong) – i received a special medical qigong treatment from him….which was very intensive to say the least….a combo of ti nua massage and medical qigong…As well as some meditative practices i learned…A truly sacred experience ~ I then received my usual acupucnture treatment the friday afterwards…to smooth out any qi disturbances that was present after such a deep qigong treatment like i havent experienced before….wow ~ (i might have a follow-up meet with Master Zhang before he leaves back to China)
Little by little….making progress…..Oh, and also wanted to share , that i also witnessed the transit of Venus (the last one for anotehr 105 years) — a time to reflect upon my life and all the things that have passed….and what may lie ahead in the future….and reflecting in the present…
