Donations: Pay what you can, recommended amount is $10.

A word about offerings/donations: It is of the utmost importance that you come to class with an offering (read Yogi Bhajan’s statement below). The offering should be made in the spirit of gratitude and can be in a monetary form, which is usually easiest, or a gift.

Recommended online class donation is $10.

“Itarashtam tithar Kashtam – empty handed you come, empty handed you go. It’s a law which should never be broken. And you should (as a teacher) share freely, but never receive a student who comes empty handed – that’s the law. If a person shall come empty handed, that person may sit here for six hours and do all kinds of yoga, but the moment he goes out of that door, he’ll go empty handed. That’s the only condition, and it’s not up to you or me.” ~ Yogi Bhajan

  1. Interesting, dear Seva!

Through my experiences within the spiritual community .. I have noticed a common theme ~ This may be where the term seeker comes for I have found for many – there is wisdom in recognizing the “emptiness” within the soul ~ This is not meant to be a negative element for as you pointed out – if we had everything it truly would not be heaven but a kind of hell ~

That is where the role of the guru and yoga masters come in ~ to guide and explore life and the inner path, existence, the universe ~

  2. Thank you so much, dear Seva, for today’s class was illuminating! Om Mani Padme Hum ~ Divinely, love Coralina ~

  3. Blessings Seva y gracias for the ever-continuing journey of the inner spirit – and for guiding us there with compassion n’ love ~ Yea! Yea!

~ OO! – rockin’ version of “om namo namo”! – makes a good metal riff lol! (just kiddin’) 😛

Esp loved the little bit of qigong exercises u showed as well — going thru my own experience with it, (im back on it again) — i’ve learned about things such as the tan qian and other things ~ as well as the Zero point which im familiar —- In ear acupunture there’s a meridian point called “zero point” ~ which i could possivly benefit from…..I’ve had my first experience with ear acupuncture last week….starting with the “Shen Men” point…great for starting out (helps relax) ~

healing one step at a time ~ I also loved the discussion about having too much on a platter —- that’s why im modest about not having everything!

    OH!

  4. And keep da beard! ~ haha!!
