Donations: Pay what you can, recommended amount is $10.

A word about offerings/donations: It is of the utmost importance that you come to class with an offering (read Yogi Bhajan’s statement below). The offering should be made in the spirit of gratitude and can be in a monetary form, which is usually easiest, or a gift.

Recommended online class donation is $10.

“Itarashtam tithar Kashtam – empty handed you come, empty handed you go. It’s a law which should never be broken. And you should (as a teacher) share freely, but never receive a student who comes empty handed – that’s the law. If a person shall come empty handed, that person may sit here for six hours and do all kinds of yoga, but the moment he goes out of that door, he’ll go empty handed. That’s the only condition, and it’s not up to you or me.” ~ Yogi Bhajan

  1. Dear Seva ~ How uplifting! I love all the music but the words to the song of “I Am, I Am” especially spoke to me this morning! ~ Thank you SO much for this time of renewal, healing and refreshing of the soul from an emotional week ~

I take to heart your words of wisdom that in loving ourselves .. I strive to find inner strength so I may in turn give love and send positive energy to others ~

Sat Nam ~ In this world, and in the world beyond, your face shall be radiant, disaster runs away from that place, we meditate, the blessed Guru, with kindness and understanding, we cross over the world-oceans ~

    Divinely ~ Coralina ~

  2. And so amazing Seva ~ I felt I traveled to an ancient and very sacred temple through your Mantra and Mudras for …

    Rakhay rakhanahaar aap ubaaria-an
Gur kee pairee paa-ay kaaj savaari-an
Hoaa aap day-aal manaho na visaari-an
Saadh janaa kai sang bhavajal taari-an
Saakat nindak dusht khin maa-eh bidaari-an
Tis saahib kee tayk Naanak manai maa-eh
Jis simrat sukh ho-ay sagalay dookh jaa-eh

  3. So beautiful Coralinni’s are words above – (smile) – My thoughts reflect on her words as well ~ for it’s also been a very emotional week for me too ~ the song of “I AM I AM” – came at such an important time right now, feeling the healing rejuvenating energy of the mantra….cleansing the spirit and healing our minds…rebuilding us up once again ~

Thank you Seva for again guiding us w/ compassion and such unwavering patience and discipline — each day is a challenge, and with that….requires us to gain our inner strength from the depths of our soul ~ and continue to find that light that shines ~ that is never lost ~ only covered beyond the dark clouds….that at times can get so thick on obscure…sometimes it almost seems impossible ~

May we never lose sight of that light — and each day, in every way – we all become better, and stronger ~ Sat Nam ~

  4. I wanted to share this beautiful poem i found while reading my meditation mantra books….entitled, “Always Have a Dream”

~ Forget about the days when it’s been cloudy,|
but dont forget your hours in the sun….

Forget about the times you’ve been defeated,
But dont forget the victories you’ve won…..

Forget about mistakes that you can’t change now,
but dont forget the lessons you’ve learned……

    …Forget about misfortunes you’ve encountered,
but dont forget the times your luck has turned….

Forget about the days when you’ve been lonely,
but dont forget the friendly smiles you’ve seen….

Forget about the plans that didnt seem to work out right, but
dont forget to….ALWAYS HAVE A DREAM” — Amanda Bradley —

In times of joy in times of pain….never forget….to always hold onto that dream…(I’m still holding onto mine…)
