Donations: Pay what you can, recommended amount is $10.

A word about offerings/donations: It is of the utmost importance that you come to class with an offering (read Yogi Bhajan’s statement below). The offering should be made in the spirit of gratitude and can be in a monetary form, which is usually easiest, or a gift.

Recommended online class donation is $10.

“Itarashtam tithar Kashtam – empty handed you come, empty handed you go. It’s a law which should never be broken. And you should (as a teacher) share freely, but never receive a student who comes empty handed – that’s the law. If a person shall come empty handed, that person may sit here for six hours and do all kinds of yoga, but the moment he goes out of that door, he’ll go empty handed. That’s the only condition, and it’s not up to you or me.” ~ Yogi Bhajan

  1. Thank you, Blessed Sevara, for another inspirational and uplifting Sunday evening. It’s awesome to see, hear the class growing, in size and in spirit.

  2. Blessings n’ Light – gracias Seva for continuing to guide us ~ allowing compassion and love to fill our inner beings ~ makin’ this world a happier place ~ one dude/dudette at a time! 😉

    – Even enjoyin’ watchin u playin along to that one song (i joined over here too!)

~ As u said at the very beginning, allowing ourselves to be more in tune in ourselves and with others ~ opening up and blossoming ~

I too have found that out myself time after time ~ even recently…allowing our inner feelings to come out and feel cleansed – and with that….we allow our joy joy within to come out and others to feel that ~ (as i shared w/ u Seva, im sure u got the message, what i shared with u with the acupuncture session…..still recovering….but feeling better today….more lighter)

    – Since i know u also practice qi gong – any more insights into feeling more blissful within? – (my acupunturist also shared a reminder which is also healing….that every minute….every day is new and fresh…never stepping into the same river twice….)

That helps and makes things much more “alive” – and wonderous ~ Takes time, takes practice — little by little ~

  3. LOL!! – u were just playin’ “Ong Namo” – great times ~

  4. Dear Seva ~Thank you for the light and another wonderful experience of opening and listening to one’s heart ~

Each class is a unique and precious opportunity to look and feel the deeper levels of life .. much needed after the long work week to take the time to reflect, breathe and balance ~

I came across a quote by Peter Matthiessen that made me think of your opening thoughts and insight at the beginning of this evening’s class …what you said about finding the authentic self ~

“Soon the child’s clear eye is clouded over by ideas and opinions, preconceptions and abstractions. Simple free being becomes encrusted with the burdensome armor of the ego. Not until years later does an instinct come that a vital sense of mystery has been withdrawn. The sun glints through the pines, and the heart is pierced in a moment of beauty and strange pain, like a memory of paradise. After that day, we become seekers.”

Thank you dear Seva for bringing back those moments of paradise ~

Sat Nam ~ Embracing the beauty of the evening ~ Seeker ~ Corlaina ~
