Donations: Pay what you can, recommended amount is $10.

A word about offerings/donations: It is of the utmost importance that you come to class with an offering (read Yogi Bhajan’s statement below). The offering should be made in the spirit of gratitude and can be in a monetary form, which is usually easiest, or a gift.

Recommended online class donation is $10.

“Itarashtam tithar Kashtam – empty handed you come, empty handed you go. It’s a law which should never be broken. And you should (as a teacher) share freely, but never receive a student who comes empty handed – that’s the law. If a person shall come empty handed, that person may sit here for six hours and do all kinds of yoga, but the moment he goes out of that door, he’ll go empty handed. That’s the only condition, and it’s not up to you or me.” ~ Yogi Bhajan

  1. Thank you so much, Seva, for bringing peace, balance and light to my evening that will carry me through the week ahead ~

Today I found a beautiful picture of Osho’s resting place in his Ashram in Pune with the words “Osho Never Born never Died – Only Visited this Planet Earth between Dec 11 1931 – Jan 19 1990″…

I remember you were the First to share this quote on Divine Earth to comfort those who are missing loved ones ~ I know you visited his ashram when you were in India ~

I was thinking of posting the photo of Osho’s words and resting place as a blog …because to me…it is very beautiful with red rose pedals surrounding his words etched into marble ~

But then I thought maybe to some others it might be depressing to see someone’s tomb stone ~ I, on the other hand, think Osho’s stone is uplifting and amazingly beautiful ~

So I thought I should ask you first for your opinion – Do you think I should post the picture, Seva??

Gentle night of radiance ~ With peaceful and joyful heart ~ Coralina ~

  2. Ahhhhhh — just what i needed’s!! — Gracias Seva for guiding us each week to discovering our inner peace and harmony ~ Each class always changing, much like all things in life ~

    AHH! – no guitarra today’s!? ~ hehe ~

While i missed the first half…I still was able to watch the remainder of the session and still brought the relief and centering i needed ~

Gracias for finding these exercises for us all (esp. for me) — kind of like what im doing in my acupuncture/qi gong sessions….which i must say cautiously…..i can feel the changes happening….although it is a stuggle ~ I actually felt for a few days, a renewed sense of being and clarity as i never felt before….my emotions and sensations feeling balanced….i felt a more “normal” more me ~

Although….it is a struggle…..as almost my mind and boy are still not used to it…..

  3. BUT — im making gradual progress…..slowly integrating things once again ~ (im stille experiencing dissociative and anxious states) — i had it just before yoga…..it freaked me out!! — but im ok now ~

Question: about the yoga exercises…..can i follow a routine that works for me…..i know there’s a certain order ~ but i try not to focus too much ~

  4. AAAAH!! HOLD ON SEVA!!

  5. Thank you, Johannes, much love,
    Namaste
