Donations: Pay what you can, recommended amount is $10.

A word about offerings/donations: It is of the utmost importance that you come to class with an offering (read Yogi Bhajan’s statement below). The offering should be made in the spirit of gratitude and can be in a monetary form, which is usually easiest, or a gift.

Recommended online class donation is $10.

“Itarashtam tithar Kashtam – empty handed you come, empty handed you go. It’s a law which should never be broken. And you should (as a teacher) share freely, but never receive a student who comes empty handed – that’s the law. If a person shall come empty handed, that person may sit here for six hours and do all kinds of yoga, but the moment he goes out of that door, he’ll go empty handed. That’s the only condition, and it’s not up to you or me.” ~ Yogi Bhajan

  1. Infinite blessings to you and thank you for sharing your wonderful yoga practice with us. Each breath, each mantra, each song and asana, are like beautiful flowers for our soul.
Have a sweet and peaceful sleep…love, Gitana

  2. thank you, Sevara, for continuing to guide us in this work. I have a question about right brain, left brain, creative processes and medtitative state. My drawing instructor talks about making the switch to right brain when drawing and how the left brain tries to take over. That sounds like the monkey you speak of when meditating..can you touch on this subject a little? Thank you, Many blessings and Namaste
    Much love, Sherry

  3. quotin’ Joh from last week’s class – “Woww dis’ iz da best class ever maan!!” – lol that still cracks me up ~

Ahhhhh…..a nice healing session that does the job right – esp. for the gradual healing of the nervous system (these exercises i know will work gradually for me) —Gracias for guiding us all with love and light Seva ~ (glad to see kuzzer’s really makin’ progress in her yoga!)

~ I did a couple of them here….although as u say Seva….i am recognizing any discomfort that arises — i did notice the “edgy” feeling i experience re-surfacing…the anxious feeling….and doing my best to beathe through it (although i had to excuse myself and take my anti-anxiety supplement – feelin’ some relief) ~

Little by little – things are taking root —- I’ve also been attending the acupuncture/Qi Gong sessions weekly and i still re-experience the imbalances (like i said last week was very sensitive) ~ I do notice when my acupuncture dude does the healing sessions….i feel a re-balancing….and i feel the difference ~ Next week he’ll be teaching me how to regulate my Qi and lessesn these feelings ~

He did notice and told me that i am more sensitive – and mentioned to me that for some that’s a goal….although he’s helping to make me less sensitive and reduce the psychosomatic issues ~

Geez!! – i forgot my question — ahhhh….at least i shared a little bit of how my sessions are going….(he did translate to me Qi Gong means…”chi work” ~ it’s a lot of work!!

  4. Ooh i remember!! – for one of the upcoming sessions…are there any sets that focus on the limbic and automatic nervous system??? — i keep hearin’ from the docs im seeing that the problem lies there ~

  5. Dear Seva Singh ~ You are a miracle with a unique place in the cosmic plan ~

Today I am practicing the art of surrender ~

Surrender reveals the impulses of spirit beneath the mask of ego… finding my path not by thinking, feeling or doing but by surrendering ~

    Sat Nam ~ Blissfully ~ Coralina ~
