~ While having a relaxation moment today while lying down on my bed, in reflection — i heard this very beautiful and sweet familiar song pop up on my playlist —— and at that moment ~ i became flooded w/ emotion —– I immediately reflected upon the many yoga sessions Seva has guided us ~ (this song made me think about our beloved “Seva” today….using this mantra in his sessions) —– helping us discover our true selves ~
Also….for me….this song brings a silent hope in my heart — despite the trialing times and hardships ~ there still is a light shining somewhere……beyond the dark clouds ~
I pray…one day…. ~ *in deep thought*

Wow, Yannaki, this is SO beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing it! I haven’t had the pleasure of one of Seva’s yoga classes, but this music surely does make me think of him. He has such a gentle and Peacful energy. I think we are all lucky to share a friendship with him. 🙂
There will always be a Light shining. We just have to find it. The best place to look is within our own Hearts. 🙂
