http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vljyLoJfaes

In this video Deepak talks about finding the “soul” deep within us ~ In one of Johannes/Sevaji’s weekly wisdoms – Sevaji also speaks of going deeper into who we really are ~ So I thought this Deepak discussion was a nice continuation of some of Sevaji’s wonderful wisdoms ~

Johannes/Sevaji wrote … “Though I make my living as a musician I know I am not a musician; music is just a part of my brain that I’ve trained to use in a certain way. I could get into an accident and have that part of my brain damaged. Then who would I be? I know I am beyond just a simple faculty of my brain. You are not you because of your possessions, relationships, or occupation. You are not you because of the language you speak, or the colour of your skin, or the skills you have developed. This is too basic, too mundane. You are certainly not your fears. Go deeper into who you are. The answer to the question of who you are is far more profound than a few abilities, physical features, likes and dislikes.”

  1. … and from the Bhagavad Gita ~ “The Spirit is beyond destruction. No one can bring to an end the Spirit which is everlasting.”
