Divine Sevaji,
Thank you for another beautiful yoga class. My back feels totally recovered. I had pain on my back for bad posture while designing jewelry. I tend to bend one way, and caused one side to take more pressure than the other, but magically, the yoga really took the discomfort away.
It was very helpful to move & rid of stuck energy. Moving energy, and clearing up is a crucial constant specially in a big city where the energy tends to be quite dense.
I love my space though, as it really is a sanctuary for rejuvenation, and a great space to dive into my own depths. I went off again during savasana. That always feels divine.
