Gracias Seva for guidin’ us w/ compassion n’ love – i def. felt it and feel somewhat better – along w/ da challenging da day exercises – somethin’ i really needed this morning – which is a challenge itself! (hardly got good sleep last nite n’ actually felt queasy durin’ da session….feel better’s now – but real zzzz’s!) –
What a treat for us–thank you for a lovely start to a difficult upcoming week. I have much gratitude for you and your teachings.

Through your yoga classes, Seva, your blogs, music and in so many other ways too … you take us to the unknown beyond our egos and beyond what is familiar ~ I think that is so important to each of us individually and in the greater sense to our relationship with one another, our families, community, countries and nations ~
Blessings and thank you once again for your creativity, inspiration and opening a path to that important step beyond .. I think that is what the whole world needs.. because I feel many people and nations have limited themselves to a blind set of values …which prevents the path to peace ~
