Dear Seva ~ I saved a question for you – something I experienced at the end of last week ~
Last week was a very demanding work week for me .. so by Friday I felt a bit exhausted~ That night I fell into a very deep sleep but woke up only a couple of hours later because of the strange sensation I was experiencing in my dream ~
I felt and visualized a very strong energy force in my room that was swirling above me ~ When you posted the beautiful video on Synchronicity ..the swirling energy of the universe shown in your video reminded me of my dream (although the energy force I saw was more translucent and seems to swirl from left to right in a circular motion) ~
I know we have a loving universe and should not be afraid when this happens – but this is a re-occurring dream I have ~ When it happens I truly feel there is something in the room with me that is very powerful .. more than a dream ~ I try very hard to wake up but I continue to see the swirling energy above me for many minutes ~ Do you think this is more than a dream I’m experiencing, Sevara??

I do feel we all at some point need time to restore and heal within – from the demands and responsibilities we are bombarded with – the sensory overload ~ which is not good for our bodies and our spirits ~ We must know our own limits and how much we can take at a time….Never let anyone tell you otherwise – Listen to our inner voice, our bodies…Taking time out to heal….with these quiet meditations….to reflect….to expel the garbage….is essential to experiencing a new “Us”. To start the week….with a fresh new clean outlook and vibe – wipin’ da dust off…..EY! even we need that maintenance….just like everything else! 😉 ~
