~ A very cool vid i found discussing the potential healing powers of Qi Gong. Over the course of several months i’ve experienced firsthand the powers of this ancient form of chinese medicine and while gentle, has powerful healing potential.
What i found interesting is, according to the vid, Qi can be measured scientifically using sophisticated equipment. Our internal life forece at work. Like ancient teaching says, we are all in vibration.

I remember when I lived in the San Francisco bay area, which has a very large Chinese population, the memory of local parks filled with people early in the morning going through the graceful movements of tai chi and Qigong ~ It is very peaceful to watch the synchronized and gentle movements of this sacred and ancient energy life force ~ Divinely ~ Coralina ~
