Today I saw some pictures of birds completely covered in oil by the spill and I felt sick with pain ~ But your words returned to me and I thought .. instead of internalizing the pain of this tremendous wound I will meditated on positive and healing thoughts ..visualizing the day earth will heal and cleanse the water so the birds, wild life and people can live in harmony with one another ~
