Andres Amador is no ordinary artist. He neither draws or paints. He doesn’t sculpt. Instead of a white canvas, he uses nature, namely the beach. Instead of a brush, he uses a rake. Andres creates artworks that are larger than 100,000 square feet. He spends countless hours on his pieces even though he knows that the tide will soon wash it away…

Expose on False Flag Tactics by US Government, NATO and Governments Worldwide

    • This video brings many questions to seek the truth in our government ~ False flag tactics should be held accountable here and in any government that participates in such activities world wide .. so may the global community seek and question for a better world ~

May we recognize the true patriot, not the sheep, is one that seeks truth for the good of people ~

Buddha said Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many.

So to question is to seek ~ and in seeking truth.. may enlightenment for the good of the many prevail ~

More than seven tons of a popular brand of hummus have been recalled nationwide due to possible listeria contamination ~

hummus_dipHot Mamma’s Foods has voluntarily pulled tons of hummus and dips nationwide due to possible contamination ~

The products distributed by Target under the Archer Farms label and supermarket chains Trader Joe’s and Giant Eagle ~

Massachusetts-based food manufacturer Hot Mama’s Foods announced its recall due to concerns about possible contamination by listeria, a potentially life-threatening food-borne bacterium ~

Listeria, the company explained, is potentially dangerous to people with weakened immune systems, pregnant women and can “cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people ~ In healthy individuals, short-term symptoms may include high fever and severe headache ~

Hummus is easy to make fresh – In place of store bought – here is a recipe that takes 15 ounces of chickpeas/garbanzo beans, Pour into a blender and add 1 cup of Tahini (Sesame Seed Paste), 2 – 3 cloves fresh garlic, 2 Tbsp water, 1/2 tsp Sea Salt, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 – 2 tsp ground cumin, sprinkle of coriander, dash of ground pepper and a few dashes of chipotle chili powder ~ 2 – 3 Tbsp avocado oil or olive oil and BLEND well on high and enjoy with your favorite chips or veggies ~

    • WOW! – im so glad i saw this one here…THANKS FOR SHARIN CORALINNI!!! –

As anyone would know about me, that my loves are bread and U GUESSED IT, “HUMMUS”!! — a traditional “meze” appetizer that’s very well-known across the Mediterranean and the Middle East, which has also spread into the Western world as a popular spread or dip. It’s one of my favorite meze foods…along with falafel, baba ganoush, tabbouleh, dolmades, (capunata – a special Sicilian appetizer made with eggplant, tomatoes, garlic, olives, peppers and capers…i might include) and tzatziki! [I have quite a bit of favs as u can see]

But it’s freaky to learn about this news – yikes! – If i ever get store-bought hummus, my favorite brand is from Sabra (gotta lovve the basil pesto one) – super smooth and yummy….but I prefer making our very own homemade recipe, which is a little different from the above one but still very delicious!!! – a splash of paprika instead of chipotle powder….and a generous amount of Olive Oil (ya got to!)

And one secret: is to mix the tahini & lemon juice FIRST – then add the olive oil, cumin, salt and garlic one at a time…and save the chickpeas for the last step – last step is to add enough water while adding the chickpeas to achieve a smooth even and consistent texture…(some might also peel off the skin off every chickpea but it’s an extra task that takes a while…) –

Very healthy, simple and DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!! – a complete protein with many health benefits and nutrients – (if i had to be stranded on an island, bread and hummus is my thing!)
