I wonder ~ What is life

The poetic words of a Blackfoot Indian chief.. “What is life? It is the flash of a firefly in the night, It is the breath of a buffalo in the winter time, It is the little shadow that runs across the grass and loses itself in the sunset.”

And Buddha said, “This lifetime of ours is as transient as autumn clouds. To watch the birth and death of beings is like looking at the movements of a dance. A lifetime is like a flash of lightning in the sky, rushing by like a torrent down the steep mountain.”
