Here’s shown by Dr. Wu Dhi (Woody Shwartz) — a licensed acupuncturist and medical qigong master (lineage holder) from S. Florida ~ (I WISH I HAD A SESSION WITH THIS GUY! – his enthusiasm is infectious…reminds me of my overly excited science teachers in grade school…love it!!!)
Combining acupuncture and qigong = more powerful medicine ~ from my personal experience ~ it really works! (at a very subtle level) ~ one can feel the energy gently circulating around the body’s meridians like rivers ~ very relaxing and healing ~
That’s amazing Yannaki! ~ This demonstration sounds very much like the way you describe your acupuncture chi qong sessions to me! ~ The wisdom and ancient practices are proven to be a powerful healing force throughout the generations .. and even better than modern medicine in many ways – for one ..healing without drugs! ~ Sending healing thoughts ~
Yannaki, this is a great video! This fellow’s enthusiasm for acupuncture and qi gong is wonderful! It’s too bad we don’t have more practitioners like him. I do a great deal of different types of energy work, including acupressure, but I have never tried acupuncture. Perhaps one day I will give it a try. I guess I will have to work on my “intense dislike” of needles! 🙂
