This week sacred sites in India by the Ganges River and foothills of the Himalayas have been flooded due to an early monsoon ~ Over 600 lives lost and the rains are predicted to continue into next week ~ Many tourist who visit the sacred grounds in June, in order to avoid the usual monsoon season in July, were among those caught in the flooding ~ It is reported these are the heaviest rains in 80 years~ Prayers for India ~
