Do civilizations of advanced human beings exist scattered in the Galaxy?

A group of researchers working at the Human Genome Project indicate that they made an astonishing scientific discovery: They believe so-called 97% non-coding sequences in human DNA is no less than genetic code of extraterrestrial life forms.

The non-coding sequences are common to all living organisms on Earth, from moulds to fish to humans. In human DNA, they constitute larger part of the total genome, says Prof. Sam Chang, the group leader. Non-coding sequences, originally known as “junk DNA”, were discovered years ago, and their function remained a mystery. The overwhelming majority of Human DNA is “Off-world” in origin. The apparent “extraterrestrial junk genes” merely “enjoy the ride” with hard working active genes, passed from generation to generation.

After comprehensive analysis with the assistance of other scientists, computer programmers, mathematicians, and other learned scholars, Professor Chang had wondered if the apparently “junk Human DNA” was created by some kind of “extraterrestrial programmer”. The alien chunks within Human DNA, Professor Chang further observes, “have its own veins, arteries, and its own immune system that vigorously resists all our anti-cancer drugs.”

Professor Chang further stipulates that “Our hypothesis is that a higher extraterrestrial life form was engaged in creating new life and planting it on various planets. Earth is just one of them. Perhaps, after programming, our creators grow us the same way we grow bacteria in Petri dishes. We can’t know their motives – whether it was a scientific experiment, or a way of preparing new planets for colonization, or is it long time ongoing business of seedling life in the universe.”

Professor Chang further indicates that “If we think about it in our human terms, the apparent “extraterrestrial programmers” were most probably working on “one big code” consisting of several projects, and the projects should have produced various life forms for various planets. They have been also trying various solutions. They wrote “the big code”, executed it, did not like some function, changed them or added new one, executed again, made more improvements, tried again and again.”

Professor Chang’s team of researchers furthermore concludes that, “The apparent “extraterrestrial programmers” may have been ordered to cut all their idealistic plans for the future when they concentrated on the “Earth project” to meet the pressing deadline. Very likely in an apparent rush, the “extraterrestrial programmers” may have cut down drastically on big code and delivered basic program intended for Earth.”

Professor Chang is only one of many scientists and other researchers who have discovered extraterrestrial origins to Humanity.

  1. Excellent article! 🙂 The information presented in this article closely echoes that of my own experiences and those of my clients. The subject of extraterrestrials (ETs) is one that is very complex and varies from person to person, experience to experience. Archeological records themselves indicate the presence of “non-human” beings living alongside humans for hundreds of years. There are many people who accept the concept of Starseed peoples who are our ancestors – and some who still live among us. They always have – and will continue to do so for as long as we have a planet to dwell upon or with.

However, the Starseed peoples are not the only “ETs” who are present at this time. There are many others, some of whom are “good” and some who are not. Some are here for assisting in the evolution of human consciousness. Some are here for research purposes. Some are here sheerly for their own person agendas. Many of these “ETs” should technically not be termed as extraterrestrial at all. There are colonies or communities of “ETs” who have been on Earth for so long, that all the current inhabitants were born here. So, in Truth, they are really just another type of “Earthling”.

As for government disclosure and cooperation – I would be surprised if either is ever to happen. I have this conversation frequently with a very dear friend, Dr. R. Leo Sprinkle, Ph.D., who is professor emeritus (psychology) for the University of Wyoming. Leo has been assisting contactees and abductees for most of his Life through his private psychological counseling work. He has spent probably 40 years or so trying to bring about disclosure, etc. He has done much work to raise awareness of non-human or “ET” contact and presence. However, one concept that Leo and I always disagree on is the expectation that a “bad ET” would ever disclose itself, its actions, or its intentions. 🙂

Thanks for posting this article. It is a great read.

  2. Thank you for posting this article. I had in all my business forgotten about his article as it had been posted before or one on the same subject.. I think I wasn’t quite ready to be completely open to these possibilities or explanations. However over the past year My husband and I have often discussed these possibilities, and at the same time, perhaps afraid to entertain them w/o any allegations to support our thinking.Too caught up in every day life to investigate in a material way , however, my deep thinking always brings me back to the conclusion that this life here on earth has to be a form of experiment.Rejecting fundamental(laws) or explanations for spirituality, after having “lived” in a pure form of the “life” for over 30 yrs., has taught me that humans must always be in control of their own mind and heart at all times,in order to seek out or develop what you believe .Never discard a thought as insane if it enters your heart…search it out until you are satisfied. Perhaps these “ET’S” are here to merely observe our behavior, and perhaps at times , here to influence us to be a better race of humankind…question is , will we listen? And even still the question remains in me as to why humankind destroys itself? Are we merely a step above the animal kingdom where checks and balances are natural to keep populations from overcoming the earth?Where only the strongest survive? To me that is a grave outlook, as the strongest are usually the cold hearted ones who only care for themself. I for one would hate to think of our earthly home populated only by evil dictators ( which seems to be rapidly on the move)…eventually they will kill off eachother , and the world will be devastated…..at this point we could sure use some E.T. intervention before it’s too late.

  3. Interesting article. So many inexplicable mysteries in life. Although I am by no means a genome sequencing expert, this subject is of particular interest to me, and so I’d like to comment on John Stokes article. While I’m not disputing the possiblity of ET genes in human DNA, I found new evidence concerning the statment, “…junk genes” merely “enjoy the ride” with hard working active genes, passed from generation to generation.” There is now strong evidence to indicate that so called, ‘junk genes’ (first termed by Dr. Susumu Ohno, one of the greats of Molecular Genetics) actually are not junk at all. The non-coding sequences actually serve a critical role in ALL organisms. Although these ‘non-protein producing’ sequences seem to remain quietly in the background, they may determine how our ‘active’ genes are regulated and thus shape who we are! It is true, however, that these ‘non-coding’ DNA are passed from one generation to another and so, they may play a critical role in the study of diseases, like diabetes, schizophrenia, and other diseases. No doubt…molecular genetics has always fascinated me and so I found this statement about ‘the junk genes’ interesting. I believe that every portion of our bodies, no matter how insignificant it may appear, plays an important role in the reason we are alive.

In reference to your statement Simchah, about the checks and balances, where only the strongest survive, in my opinion, ‘the strongest’ as far as human beings are concerned, meaning the most intelligent. Articles such as this one posted by admin are terrific ways to continuously challenge our thought process and to encourage us to keep on top of current data as well as open our minds to other possibilities. Great article, and great comments; Mia and Simchah!
