This evening’s class coincides with the full moon. We will take advantage of this with a special Full Moon Meditation. The advantage is that the position of moon and the energy it emits while reflecting the solar waves magnifies and enhances the aura. It lessens the gravitational pull of the earth and naturally directs our energy up to the heavens. It is an excellent opportunity to bring one’s consciousness to merge with the cosmic consciousness.
