After a few days of healthy eating, yoga and meditation, your mind softens, toxins are released, your immune system reboots, and healing begins.

Take colorful, tasty, healthy food...mix with care, passion, and creativity...season with love and gently simmer, and there we have it: paradise retreat daily sustenance! Choice, abundance, and gourmandise.

Hawaii’s readily available organic tropical fruits and vegetables are carefully chosen for our dishes, creative salads, old favorites and new temptations. Meals and yummy tea-time treats are served in synchronicity with the day’s activities.

       

The menu is vegetarian, and select meals include vegan and raw food choices as well. There is an emphasis on combining the nutritious with the delicious.

You will be drinking young coconut water, green juices and fresh fruit juice blends and herbal teas. Your body, inside and out, will love you!

There is something to learn from all aspects of your retreat. We have included a raw chocolate workshop for those interested in the yogic approach to food. In it, you will learn about the benefits of conscious food preparation and gain an experiential understanding of the increasingly popular phase 'Infused with Love.'
