    What will Johannes be teaching?

Johannes answers: "Fortunately, over the last 20 plus years I have trained in a diverse background of many disciplines which will make for a very interesting week. The focus will be on the following:"

Kundalini Yoga (pranayam, asanas, dhyana, dharana)
Qi Gong (an ancient Chinese health system to bring enhanced vitality into the body)
    Anti-aging, beauty, and longevity secrets
Self-defense, Kung Fu martial arts techniques
Walking meditation (viapssana, observing inner and outer silence)
    Self-healing (physical and emotional)
    Chakra balancing
    Mantras

"I like to be flexible and adjust to what is needed at the moment, depending on the group energy. If, for example, the group is feeling free and celebrative I can teach salsa and merengue dancing. Or if we are feeling very relaxed and subtle we can sit in silence enjoying the sounds of nature."
