or &#8220;I Call Upon&#8221; and<br \/>\nalso &#8220;I Bow,&#8221; depending on the practitioner&#8217;s intention, and thus can express plaintive<br \/>\nneed or ecstatic devotion).<\/p>\n<p><em>Primal She-Power, Salutations to Thee!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>All-Encompassing She-Power, Salutations to Thee!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>That through which Divine Creates, Salutations to Thee!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Creative Power of the Kundalini, Mother of all Mother Power, Salutations!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Asana (Posture):\u00a0 Cross-legged, feet tucked under near knees for a firm foundation,<br \/>\nwith straight spine, pelvis tilted forward.\u00a0 Modification for beginners:\u00a0 use a small<br \/>\ncushion under your tailbone, or a full pillow, as needed.\u00a0 Simple cross-legged pose,<br \/>\nwhen properly practiced, actually works the pelvic floor, facilitates womb alignment,<br \/>\nstretches the inner thigh muscles, and brings circulation to the hip joints.<\/p>\n<p>Eyes:\u00a0 Open and focused on the tip of the nose (Agiaa Chakra Bandh), the Lotus Point<br \/>\nmeditation.\u00a0 This controls the mind, which is locked in a triangle.\u00a0 When the optic<br \/>\nnerve concentrates at the tip of the noose, the energies of the spinal column (the<br \/>\nida, pingala, and shusmana) get to a center of balance.\u00a0 New energy pathways are<br \/>\ncreated in the brain patterns.<\/p>\n<p>Hand Mudra:\u00a0 Elbows, forearms, and hands are at the level of your breast line.\u00a0 The<br \/>\nright palm rests on the back of your left hand.\u00a0 Hold the mudra 3-5 inches from your<br \/>\nchest.\u00a0 This empowers the radiance of the second arc line halo that goes between<br \/>\nthe nipples in women (men don\u2019t have one) and facilitates lymphatic drainage<br \/>\n(especially if you are not bound by a bra).<\/p>\n<p>Mantra:\u00a0 In Yoga we chant only with the tip of your tongue to stimulate neuronimpulses &#8211;
