\"\"<\/a>Mayan Dresden Codex ~ End of time or the beginning of the Aquarian Age ~<\/p>\n

We will all hear many viewpoints over the next year, for we are\u00a0one year away from Dec. 21, 2012, the date some say\u00a0the <\/em>ancient Mayan calendar marked as the end of an era that would reset the date to zero and signal the end of humanity ~ However, many others\u00a0say this is not the true meaning of\u00a0the Mayan calendar and the world will not end .. but the beginning of a new era of hope ~ The age of Aquarius ~<\/p>\n

The Mayan long count calendar begins in 3,114 B.C., marking time in roughly 394-year periods known as Baktuns~\u00a0Thirteen was a significant, sacred number for the Mayas, and they wrote that the 13th Baktun ends on Dec. 21, 2012 ~<\/p>\n

The\u00a0predicted\u00a0ending time includes a solar shift\u00a0and violent earthquakes\u00a0.. which may indeed take place\u00a0.. but not necessaily mean the end of time ~ \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Much\u00a0of what we know about Mayan prophecy regarding 2012 comes from an ancient Mayan book now known as the Dresden Codex\u00a0~<\/p>\n

The Mayans\u00a0wrote many books but only four of them remain today ~ The Dresden Codex is one of four surviving\u00a0Mayan codices\u00a0~\u00a0It arrived in the Saxony court in Dresden, Germany, in 1739 and today is housed in the state library ~<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>In\u00a0the images posted here ..\u00a0contained on the last page of that book.. the winter solstice of 2012 ~\u00a0The figure in the middle of the page represents a mythical water-bearer announcing the end of the age ~\u00a0Interesting\u00a0that the\u00a0mythical water-bearer also happens to be the sign that announces the arrival of the new age of Aquarius ~\u00a0And those four boxes over the water-bearer’s\u00a0head\u00a0represent the four planets visible to the naked eye in alignment with each other on that day\u00a0(as in\u00a0Jupiter aligns with Mars) Also,\u00a0see 11:11 in the\u00a0third box from the left ~\u00a0It\u00a0looks similar\u00a0to a wristwatch with paired elevens balancing each other out ~\u00a0The Mayan calendar\u00a0winter solstice of 2012, it is predicted,\u00a0will occur at exactly 11:11 Greenwich Mean Time ~ A time when\u00a0the idea that humanity is wakening to\u00a0a sort of gateway on the path of our expanding spiritual awareness ~<\/p>\n

\u00a0So the Dresden Codex gives hope to the idea of the ending date of Dec. 21, 2012 as the pathway to the water-bearer into a new\u00a0era – the age of Aquarius ~<\/p>\n

One does\u00a0not\u00a0have to be born under any particular star sign to be an Aquarian ~\u00a0The shifting to a\u00a0new begriming of time\u00a0is the\u00a0desire and\u00a0vision\u00a0when\u00a0enough people act from a place of peace and hope and love\u00a0~\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
