The energy of the yoga class was so incredibly powerful! Even before we tuned in, there was a huge shift in consciousness that took place. Beautiful class, beautiful teachings, beautiful energy&#8230; By the end of the class, many of us were in tears&#8230; tears of joy, and of release. So much healing happened this evening at Shraddha Zone! I&#8217;m so grateful and honored to have had such a wonderful opportunity.
