Any and all of these are great reasons to begin your journey towards a meatless diet, however, it is important to eat wisely.<\/p>\n<p>As a vegetarian you\u2019ll experience many health benefits. You will be less likely to have high blood pressure, cholesterol, heart disease, or type 2 diabetes. The problem is that many vegetarians don&#8217;t eat a balanced diet and end up with vitamin or mineral deficiencies.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, we must stress that it is not enough to <em>be<\/em> vegetarian but you must also be an <em>informed<\/em> vegetarian so that you can keep your body healthy while making positive changes in the world!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Why go veg?
