Wanted to share my Papa's breakfast he ate every morning for most of his life. He lived until he was 92 and was a Fisherman and out on the open sea until he was 89!!! He was a trailblazer in alternative health in Cape Breton when he started seeking chiropractic care before the 50's. He lead a very clean lifestyle and was a great role model for our family. Our love of nature was due to his inspiring fascination with animals and the sea. My Papa, Allison Ferguson was one of my great inspirations. He was a quiet man in the back woods of Cape Breton but he was so aware of everything from politics to conspiracy theories and natural health before these were even popular topics of conversation. Let's all share our special role models on DEO! Who inspires you? I've included my Papa's recipe for his wholregrain porridge. Enjoy!
