Well, I guess "bull jumping" is better than "bull fighting"!

Tor-ro! Tor-ro!
LOL!!! - thiz has got to be one of da must amusin' vids to date! ~ A New Trend in Spain ~ "BULLJUMPIN"!! ~ hahaa!
AWESOME VID DivineEarth! - It was quite entertainin' to watch this new version of bullfightin' - w/ "Brinqueadors"(jumpers) instead of "Matadors" ~ These guyz do some insane somersaults n' acrobatic flips over da chargin' bull (which jumps straight at em!!) -- woowz!
(my fav iz da dude in da chair -- only if he had a magazine to read -- HAHA!)
In a deeper more spiritual sense...this is a great example of nonviolence - use of non-violent passive ways yet powerful methods of maintainin' balance n' defensiveness of oneself in da world - holding one's own - against any opposin' forces actin' upon us in all parts of our lives....Whether dealing w/ a bully, an enemy (w/ a weapon in hand), negative individuals or negative situations ~
As an ancient Oriental story of "The School of No Sword" - featurin' a samurai warrior, Boduken, who came across an opponent - a fierce arrogant warrior, who challenged Boduken in a Samurai sword battle of "who's the best" - Instead...Boduken said, "My way is different from yours, by not defeating others, but in being defeated." The other samurai grew angrier, demandin' why does Boduken carry a sword then? - Calmly, he said, "for defense, not to hurt other people" - The other samurai gets real steamed at Boduken's calm unfazed response...He challenges Boduken to fight - and decide to duel on an isolated island...Boduken surrenders all his swords to da boatdude...and approaches da other braggart warrior - who draws his sword and charges at him ~ Boduken simply heads back to da boat...and w/ a long oar...pushes himself away from da warrior...leavin' him defeated in isolation ~
Just like da story - dealin' w/ our troubles n' obstacles in a calm clear-minded non-agressive manner will bring positive results to us ~
~ Peace, Love, Joy ~
this is wild!
Great video Divine Earth - But really, these guys are great athletes too!
And even though it's nonviolent - they show great courage for after all .. the bull's horns are just as sharp as they hurl themselves up and over the baffled bull ~
And Yannaki - what a poignant story "The School of No Sword" which is a wonderful example to go with Divine Earth's nonviolent video ~
Bull jumping makes me smile!! ~
