Nature walk around the neighborhood

A few weeks ago I was relaxing over the weekend and took a stroll around my childhood neighborhood ~ The lovely Lupine flowers are in bloom this time of the year so I wanted to share one of my photos I took on that spring day of their delicate blooms with all at Divine Earth ~

Just a few houses down the block from where I grew up ...there is a new spiritual center called the Seaside Church (site of many wonderful spiritual concerts) ~ The abundant Lupine plants landscape the street in front of the Seaside spiritual center ...These plants are quite large and this is the best time of the year to see them in full bloom ...These are among the many plants and trees that bring me such inner peace and joy when I take my walks around my neighborhood ~

These simple little nature walks are a great way to renew one's spirit and connect to the blessings of nature that surround us ~ Sometimes our lives can get quite complex at times ...The many deadlines, obligations and demands in our lives can sometimes distract us from these simple yet great pleasures in life ~ A divine blessing to all ~

Coralina What a lovely picture, and reminder that all it takes is to look in our own “backyards” and remember what a wonderful gift we have been given in nature. Just as you talk about getting caught up in everyday life, deadlines, obligations…reading your post I realized that this is just what I have been doing for the last 6 months, after I got promoted, and that is time I took the opportunity to get back to nature, especially with the weather being so nice due to the season. Also to get back to my friends here on DE, I fell that I have been neglecting you all :( So this weekend is going to be all about being out and about in the sun and nature, and from now on to visit more often with you all, here on DE! Many thanks for the kind reminder! You have a beautiful spirit !

I know what you mean about finding the time for these simple pleasures - Just as I am writing this...I have to rush back to work! But Congratulations on your promotion and may we find the moments between our obligations to keep connected to our divine source and one another ~ Beautiful Chica - we are surrounded by abundant blessings ~ Namaste!

Ahhhhhh - the wonders of nature -- Such beautiful flowers Coralinni!! -- U TOOK A GREAT SHOT!!! ;) ;)

Dat right! - just as u sayz.....sometimes in this krazy world, with all its deadlines, pressures and stresses.....it's just great to step away from it all and take the time to appreciate the more subtle precious things in life......such as admiring da presence of a beautiful flower, or da song of a bird in da distance --- it's these things that gives us great lessons from the Divine ---- The universe can teach us soooo many things.....that not even textbooks can deliver -- We must remember, to allow ourselves some peace and tranquility -- ro reconnect back to our origins.......For we are inseparable with Mother Nature and the Cosmic Design - There is only "One" ~
