Humility ~

What a beautiful story you share w/ us Coralinni! -- about findin' da beauty in all things -- A much needed message in today's world --

The story - told in its sweet and beautiful prose -- holds the message of acceptance and tolerance -- the moral being.....we must look beyond these things - these flaws - for behind it all -- lies true beauty.....and through it all -- one finds something meaningful ~ love, understanding, and all these great emotions and values that come out of it ~

This story - reminds me also -- of Victor Hugo's "Hunchback of Notre Dame" -- a story which I love (esp. the Disney animated version) -- Poor Quasimodo was considered da most hideous-looking person in da village -- who was always shy & self-conscious about himself - never visitng in da village -- then one day.....He grew da courage to mingle w/ da crowd durin' da "festival of fools" --- Once they realized who he was......all feared him - jeered at him and treated him like pure rubbish -- Until da sweet tender-hearted gypsy girl  "Esme" (i love da disney-version of her) -- saves him....and is not afraid of him at all --- instead shows Quasimodo compassion and helps him discover da true inner beauty dat lies within -- finally in da end....He Blossoms.....for he realizes what a precious gift he holds ~

DAT RIGHT! - and we must remember - dat there are many of us - of all backgrounds, ethnicities, faiths - ways of life - and while we are all unique in our ways....as well as our flaws and imperfections - We must learn to embrace all these......and understand dat there is much beauty in all.......Whenever I meet someone for da first time -- and over time.....I remain modest and look past all these flaws...and see the true inner beauty and divinity within us all.....never comparing myself to anyone else......Taller, Larger, Smaller, Skinnier, Richer, Poor, etc. -- it does not matter to me -- I want to find in all things.....that common bond between each other -- and from that....the removal of fears and judgements -- we can truly see things how they are -- And bring peace & kindess to our hearts ~....that i believe.....is true faith --- and all those with open eyes can see that....and see that magic happen before them ~

even myself -- i am modest to say -- I am not perfect -- but with the sacred gifts that are blessed within -- i spread my sprinkles of water on da seeds -- and allow them to blossom into gorgeous flowers ~

May we all water those seeds, and make those flowers blossom ~
