Double Rainbow

Published in

It doesn't matter how often I see a rainbow... it never gets old! I ran for my camera yesterday to catch this one. A double rainbow and for a minute... I thought I saw three. haha. Is that even possible? (don't know) Funny thing I don't think it had rained here, while on the other hand... we're still cleaning up from the winter melt/flooding. haha. It sure made me smile!!

Choosing How to See the World

About a year ago I noticed a tiny blurb in a Toronto paper about a man who was denied entry into Canada or a passpost because the application was incomplete. Hello Everybody, How are you doing?
I wanted to celebrate today with you since it is day ten without the patch. I still have a few handy should I feel a need to slap one on but so far so good. Just like they said, it was an 8 week program. I stopped smoking on January 05, 2008. I think I stretched it out a wee bit but that's better than the alternative of course. So wow, day 10.

Maharishi University - Transcendental Meditation

Published in

I was really excited to come across this news of the David Lynch's Foundation and a full scholarship program in Transcendental Meditation. This is sure a sign of the times and shift in Ol' school thinking. I'd love to see this offered in the Canadian schools.
Just thought I'd pass it on.

Flip side of the coin, my opposite!

Last summer, I met a writer who asked me if I would be interested in doing the illustration for a children’s book he was writing. I was open to the idea and asked to read his draft. He said that his book was a whimsical return to ecological source sort of thinking intended for children. His interest in evolution, ocean and earth as life-giver would be the main theme.
