Coralina, this information is offered as a blog entry but it is also my comment to your wonderful Feng Shui post which I enjoyed so much. I just love your ideas. I can understand why you would receive so many compliments. We all love those scented and aromatherapy candles. Unfortunately, an emerging air quality problem is soot from candles.

In an effort to add a few tips to Lightdancers' blog regarding fighting colds and flu and researching my massive pile of data on just about any subject led to finding this very important piece of information. Washing hands is important to prevent colds and flu. Sure I carry the travel size hand sanitizer when I am out shopping. But equally important is to protect your own body's natural skin oils which is also your own body's natural immune system.

As we come to the end of the month of November, we are reminded the time to be thankful never ends. Here is another beautiful prayer I would like to share.

Yanniki, your photo of the skywalk at the Grand Canyon reminded me of a beautiful vacation shared with some of my family members in December 2004. An awesome place to visit, Sedona, Arizona. I highly suggest this area as the place to experience a memorable and spiritual retreat. Hmmm, perhaps at some future time, Sedona could be a place members of Divine Earth might wish to share as a group.

As a member of the Sierra Club I took action on an important issue, again. I am also a member of or participate in action alerts for several other organizations such as Union of Concerned Scientists, Earthjustice (Sierra Club), Environmental Defense, PETA, Humane Society and more.

My dear friends of DE ... the universe is singing. Just as I moved my arm holding a page open to offer a quote earlier, the pages began flipping and came to a stop on this page ........ how appropriate. Also from Wayne Dyer's book, I offer this beautiful Chinook Blessing Litany that reveals the Native American awareness of the language of Spirit inherent in all of nature. I so agree ......

So often we see the terrible effects of hate, despair, destruction and pollution, abuse, illness, grief, war, and rumors of war .... the list goes on. We here at Divine Earth bring to light many of these issues. We are all affected by these things no matter how much we try not to be.
