With 82 Degree Weather today, all I could think of is Lilikoi Juice!
Lilikoi, my very favorite fruit, is the Hawaiian Name for the Gorgeous Delicious Passion Fruit.
From the Vine The Lilikoi Flower Opens and Awaits the Bee , and then the Magic of the Passion Fruit Begins, much like the Lotus, it’s essence is not fully realized until the fruit has been opened and becomes one with the senses.

Light Absorption ~Sleep Health

We have all know that getting enough sunshine is crucial to vitamin D.
But did you know that visual natural light consumption is imperative to health.
I had the honor to train with a PHD of light sciences this week in Atlanta. I was memorized by the light science that is now know that co-relate health issues to visual natural light consumption.

In man-created lighting environments, we can design a system that creates moods for dining, play, and work. If we increase the level of the Kelvin ( light temperature) we produce blue/purple light. In China, most factories emit 5000-65000 Kelvin temperature very blue-purple to keep workers awake and what I tend to think, narrow mind focused.
Just imagine when you look thru a hole in a paper how well you can see an object near or at a distance, same thing with bright temperature light, it narrows the pupil to create a intense focus, I believe this is also has a great effect on the mind.
Just as when you enter a dim lit restaurant, at 200-2300 Kelvin, orange-red-yellow, your pupil widens and your level of thoughts soften and rests.

As crazy as that sounds, have you ever really looked into the ingredient of your tooth paste.

Crest Products is the worst offender:: Proctor and Gamble? I am just wondering what kind of executive sits around the board room and says, “hey lets increase our bottom line and put animal byproducts toothpaste”?

All of these products contain both beef and pork by products, I KID YOU NOT!

Energy Star Labels Can be Deceiving…

When shopping for lighting, ( or other appliances) be sure you choose an item that is simply “ Energy Star”... which means the lighting (or product) meets a prescribed set of energy standards.
Labels that read “ Energy Star Partner” are from a company that has items that are compliant, but not the specific product you are viewing to purchase.

During February in Kona the coffee flowers are blooming, known as “ Kona Snow” and is a member of the gardenia family. I usually don’t drink coffee, but in Kona…… some things are just irresistible !
